Shipping

Keep an eye out for your order 5-7 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation email. Most orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping.

We offer free shipping on orders over $50 (pre-tax). For all other orders, a flat shipping rate fee of $8.95+ will be applied at checkout. Orders are shipped via USPS Ground or UPS Ground.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

When your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation in 1-2 business days after placing your order, please reach out to our customer support team. Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ShopPay.

Returns & Refunds

To start the returns process, simply enter the House of Crave Returns Center and enter your order number or email to begin processing your return.

Items are eligible for return if they are returned within 30 days of receipt in unworn, unlaundered, unaltered, “as new” condition.

All returns must be shipped from within the US - we are unable to accept international returns at this time.

Please note a flat fee of $8.95+ for return shipping will be deducted from your return refund.

We are unable to process direct exchanges at this time - to exchange an item, process a return and then purchase your desired item through the store at your convenience or once your return has been processed.

If your order has shipped and you do not wish to keep your order, you will need to process a return within 30 days of receipt, following the return instructions found on our Returns Policy.

Other Questions

You may leave an optional gift message on your order in the gift message field in your Shopping Sack. The packing slip that comes with the order may be used as a gift receipt and does not include any pricing information.
